Delivery Time

Orders are processed either on the day of ordering or the next day. Please allow 3-4 days for delivery within Ireland, 1-2 weeks for delivery within Europe and approximately 2-4 weeks for the rest of the world. Please see the Postage Rates and Information page for further information on delivery and postage rates.

 

Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order so if there is something not quite right then please contact us through the Contact Us page or send an email to info@snowgrassmerino.ie to let us know that you are returning the goods. Please also give a reason for the return.

The goods must be returned in the condition that you received them. 

 

Prices

All prices are in EUR and include VAT where applicable.

 

Terms of Payment

The order can only be delivered once full payment is received.

Please contact us immediately regarding any defects, incorrect orders or deliveries. We will attend to them immediately.
